A reflective workshop on navigating transitions

There are moments in life when one chapter has ended but the next has not yet revealed itself. These “in-between” or liminal spaces can feel tender, uncertain, or emotionally charged. Many people experience overthinking, urgency, or withdrawal when the path forward is unclear.

Yet these transitional periods can also hold quiet potential.
They offer a unique opportunity for integration, reorientation, and inner growth.

 

The Space Between is a gentle, reflective online workshop designed to help you:

  • understand the psychology of transitions

  • support your nervous system during uncertainty

  • explore your personal “in-between” through guided imagery

  • listen more deeply to what is emerging beneath the surface

  • reconnect with a sense of inner steadiness and clarity

For whom?

This workshop is for you if you are:

  • in the midst of a life transition

  • feeling “in-between,” stuck, or unsure

  • seeking grounding and emotional clarity

  • wanting a reflective, safe space to pause

  • curious about guided visualization and inner work

 

No prior experience with mindfulness or reflective practice is required.

What to expect:

  • A warm, grounded introduction to liminal spaces

  • Understanding how uncertainty affects the nervous system

  • Experiential exercises

  • Follow-up materials 

The workshop is experiential but not therapy.

Participants are welcome exactly as they are — with clarity or confusion, endings or beginnings.

💬 Do I need any prior experience?No. This workshop is suitable for beginners as well as people familiar with mindfulness or reflective practices.

💬 Will there be group sharing?

There will be optional opportunities to share brief reflections, but sharing is never required. You’re welcome to participate quietly if that feels better for you.

 

💬 Is the workshop therapeutic?

The workshop is reflective and uses psychological principles, but it is not therapy. It is not meant for crisis situations or clinical processing.

💬 Will the session be recorded?

No. To protect privacy and create a safe environment, the workshop is offered as a live experience only.
