In-person sessions in Amsterdam are generally available during the following hours:
Monday: 13:00–19:00
Tuesday: 16:00–21:00
Wednesday: 16:00–21:00
Thursday: 11:00–18:00
Online sessions may also be available at other times, depending on the day and current availability.
