Fees & reimbursement
innerAssist has no contracts with health insurances. Although this means that your insurance won’t reimburse the fees, it also comes with a number of benefits:

Ensured confidentiality: no one has access to your file or the information you share.

You don’t need a specific DSM-diagnosis to receive help.

You can self-refer: you don’t need a letter from your GP.

Flexibility in therapy: interventions are tailored to your needs. We decide together what approach/ technique works best for you.
Waiting time for first appointment: 1 week
Fees will be adjusted starting January 1, 2024.
Individuals
Individual session (50 min) €95

Couples & Families
Couple/family Session (75 min) €125
Offered in person or online
Other Tasks
Reports, consultations with third parties & relevant administrative tasks are charged separately. Per 50 min (prorated) €95.

Cancellations
Sessions cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance will not be charged otherwise a fee applies.
Missed sessions or cancellations made after the start of the session incur the full fee.
You can cancel your appointment by calling, texting, or emailing.
